Bulk import important information

Download the template, fill in a row per entry, then upload it here. You will see every row before anything is saved, and rows with a problem are flagged on their own rather than stopping the rest of the file.

Record where it is kept and who can get to it. Never record the actual code, PIN, password or recovery phrase. There is no column for codes or passwords, and any row that looks like one is flagged so you can fix it before saving.
